Fulfillment - Policy

In the event that you are not satisfied with your pizza from Pepe’s Pizza, complete the steps in the “What You Need to Do” section below, and we will provide another pizza of equal or lesser value, for free, subject to the Terms and Conditions listed below (“Quality Guarantee Policy” or “Quality Guarantee”). 

What You Need to Do 

  1. Have your receipt available to reference the order information.
  2. Call or go to the location where you ordered and purchased the pizza. You can find the contact and location information for all Pepe’s Pizza locations here.
  3. Pepe’s Pizza will provide another pizza of equal or lesser value for free, subject to the Terms and Conditions listed below.

Terms and Conditions

The Quality Guarantee Policy only applies to a pizza you order and purchase directly from Pepe’s Pizza that is not of satisfactory quality. Examples of unsatisfactory quality include temperature (i.e., cold pizza), undercooked/overcooked pizza, wrong pizza/toppings, and pizza that was damaged before it arrived to you. The Quality Guarantee Policy does not cover any issues regarding the delivery time. The Quality Guarantee Policy does not apply to sides, drinks or desserts.

To claim the Quality Guarantee, you must call the Pepe’s Pizza you ordered and purchased the pizza from on the same day within one(1) hour of the time of delivery or pick-up.  You may be asked to show proof of purchase to validate your claim.  No more than two(2) slices of the original pizza may be eaten before you claim the Quality Guarantee. 

Customers that place a delivery order and are not satisfied with their pizza, can file a claim for Quality Guarantee by calling the location where they ordered and purchased the pizza. If successful, they will receive a replacement pizza delivered to the same address the original pizza was delivered to on the same day or at a future day on another order (at Pepe’s Pizza’s sole discretion). Customers that place a carry-out order and are not satisfied with their pizza, can file a claim for Quality Guarantee in-store, by bringing the original pizza order to the same restaurant where the pizza was ordered and purchased. If successful, Pepe’s Pizza will provide a replacement pizza on the same day or at a future day on another order (at Pepe’s Pizza’s sole discretion).  
We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their meal. If you were not satisfied, please contact us for a partial or full refund. Please allow 2 – 4 days for refunds to post.

 Pepe’s Pizza reserves the right to modify or cancel the Quality Guarantee Policy at any time.
